Talk:Stuck fermentation

The evidence for using amylase enzyme for stuck fermentation is pretty scarce but I have successfully used it at least 3 times. Unfortunately, I can't find the link to the website that I came across that suggested this and, even if I could find it, it wasn't quite up to standards for "reference." But it works. I think the subject belongs here.
